This project will provide a new approximately 11.5-mile link in the growing loop around Dallas. We installed thousands of drilled shafts ranging from 18” to 120” in diameter, up to 100’ deep, approximately 140,000 total linear feet.
Southwest Parkway is a $1.3 billion dollar proposed 8.7 mile, six-lane tollway that extends from the City of Fort Worth’s Central Business District at IH 30 to southwest Fort Worth. We installed over 1,000 drilled shafts of all sizes.
The new North Central Expressway facility has a minimum of 8 continuous general-purpose lanes and is in a trench for six miles. The total lineal feet of drilled shafts installed was in excess of 123,000.
The SH 130 extension, which opened in 2012, is from SH 130/SH 45 Southeast near Creedmoor to I-10 east of Seguin. Our portion of this project included installing 1,760 drilled shafts of all sizes.
