Employee Benefits Plan

HEALTH INSURANCE: After completion of 90 days continuous service, full time employees are eligible to enroll in the Texas Shafts, Inc sponsored group health plan. Dependent coverage is available at additional cost.

SHORT TERM DISABILITY: After completion of 90 days of continuous employment.
LONG TERM DISABILITY: After completion of 6 months of continuous employment
LIFE INSURANCE: After completion of 90 days of continuous employment—$30,000 Term Life

401K:
• Completion of 6 months of continuous service and minimum age of 18
• Employer Match – 25% up to 5%
• Maximum yearly contribution – $15,000.00
• Catch up if over 50 – additional $5,000

PROFIT SHARING: Completion of 1 year of service and minimum age of 18

CAFETERIA PLAN (FSA): Completion of 90 days of continuous service

5 PAID HOLIDAYS: Completion of 90 days of continuous service
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

PAID VACATION: Completion of 1 year of continuous service
